I literally battled hail, rain, and wind to find this little number. It's called the Carandy Dress at Anthropologie. The red and black are kind of muted so I wasn't quite sure about the shoes. I'll put a board together and then send it to sister for advice. She went with the gray Boutique 9s from Zappos. But then...I came across the Parma, by Calvin Klein. They are much closer to what I had in mind. I wanted to contrast the sweetness of the frock with something a litte harder, edgier. And of course with the magic of Zappos, I got them the next day! They are really high, but surprisingly soft and comfortable. So much so, that I may have to post my first Zappos review.
